Canned green beans and diced tomatoes make a great side dish
Open can of diced tomatoes - DO NOT drain!! Pour tomatoes with juice into two quart saucepan. Open green beans, drain thoroughly and add to tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly to combine. Cook over medium-high heat until bubbly, stirring occaisionally. (Tomato juice and bullion will create lovely broth.) Reduce heat and simmer about five minutes until bullion has dissolved.
This side dish is usually best with the "no salt added" green beans because of the sodium content of the bullion. If you have left-overs, add some cooked brown rice and reheat for a hearty side dish later in the week.
