Green Beans with Garlic, Herbs and Cheese

1 tb Parsley; chopped
1/4 ts Thyme
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Butter
salt and pepper; to taste
1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated
2 pk Frozen green beans;
2 tb Butter
2 Cloves garlic; finely minced
1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



In a large skillet, saute first 4 ingredients together until green beans are tender. Transfer mixture to a pretty porcelain baker. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss and stir until nicely mixed. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the green beans and bake in a 350 oven until piping hot and top is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. NOTES : Must use fresh bread crumbs for this recipe.
