Green Beans with a little extra zest!
Peel ginger and cut into small strips.
Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
Saute mustard seeds and ginger in frying pan until seeds crackle.
Add beans and stir fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add water, cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Remove lid and simmer until almost all liquid has evaporated.
Add cumin, cilantro, turmeric and salt.
Continue cooking until beans are tender but crisp.
Add lemon juice and serve.
