Suggest a better descriptionIn heavy pan, brown lamb with onions and garlic in a little cooking oil. Stir in flour and cover with hot water. Add chile powder and salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Add green chile and potatoes. Cook on low heat until meat is tender, 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
