Suggest a better description1. Cut pork chops to cubes
2. Brown with onions, cooking oil and garlic
3. Stir flour into the onion, garlic and pork chop mixture until flour absorbs the oil
4. Add broth
5. Cook and stir until mixture comes to boil and is slightly thickened (Add more flour if not thick enough)
6. Add tomatoes, green chili's
7. Simmer for an hour or longer stirring ocassionaly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
8. Serve with flour tortillas and garnish with cheese
