Suggest a better descriptionChop kale and other greens into ribbons. Heat a large saute pan on medium high heat and add olive oil. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add in toasted pine nuts and greens. Saute, stirring often until greens wilt, about 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper flakes. Add white wine. Toss to combine and let liquid boil away. Once liquid is gone, remove from heat.
