Everyone loves Greg's pizza and jump at the chance when invited over
We either use the wood fired pizza oven when at home or the electric portable when on the boat
Make dough in accordance e with the bread maker instructions
Let rise once
Knock down and knead
Cut baking paper to put on pizza trays for cooking
Weigh the dough and divide into four pizzas
Place 1 piece of cut baking paper on the pizza tray for cooking
Roll out and place each piece of dough onto pizza tray
Spread arrabbiata sauce onto pizza base
Sprinkle cheese over the sauce
IT IS IMPORTANT TO PUT THE CHHESE ON THE BOTTOM, OTHERWISE THE INGREDIENTS DON'T COOK PROPERLY
Place Any other ingredients wanted over pizza
Put pizza in oven and cook, checking regularly, I like mine cooked longer then the others
Greg makes extras, as they taste even better the next day when heated up for tea
