Ready in 30 minutes
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 patties.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill burger patties, uncovered, over medium heat for 3-6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
