1/2 c Shallots; chopped
1/4 c pistachios; Toasted, chopped
2 c Beef stock; or veal stock
1/2 c Garlic; roasted cloves
2 tb Olive oil; or corn oil
1 ds black pepper; Fresh ground
4 Sprigs fresh parsley
