Heat pan on medium.
Butter one (1) side of each slice of white bread (use wheat if preferred)
Note: Be sure butter is soft before spreading or bread will tear. You may use a spreadable butter instead.
Place buttered side on heated pan. Immediately place one (1) slice of cheese on bread in pan and finish with a second slice of bread, buttered side up. (use two (2) slices for a cheesier sandwich)
Grill both sides until golden. Cheese will melt.
Heat a bowl of tomato soup on the side for dunking.
Let stand for 30 seconds before eating.
