Suggest a better descriptionThinly slice the tomatoes and lay them on a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and let sit to release any water, about 15 minutes. Pat dry.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place butter sides together.
Layer with Cheese slice, tomato, sprinkle with garlic, oregano and basil and remaining cheese .
Preheat griddle @350 or pan over medium heat.
Place everything EXCEPT the bottom piece of bread, onto the cooking surface. Top with remaining piece of bread butter side up.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
