Grilled chicken Caesar salad
Chicken: Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice, pepper and a little bit of honey and olive oil. Bake on a pan until grilled.
Bacon. Cook on a pan in the oven at 350. Shred.
Croutons: cut half a baguette in cubes. Put them in a bowl, pour some oil and press garlic. Salt, pepper and mix. Bake at 375 F for around 10 minutes until golden.
Dressing: Putt capers, lemon juice, egg yolk, anchovy paste and half a pressed garlic clove in a bowl. Mix with a whisk. Slowly add the oil in a dash, constantly whisking until it becomes mayonnaise. Adjust seasoning. Refrigerate.
In a bowl, mix ingredients and serve. Don't forget Parmesan.
