Ready in 30 minutes
Smoky grilled chicken is tossed with rich and creamy Fettuccine Alfredo.
Oil grate on grill and then preheat.
Season chicken breasts with 1st salt and pepper, and then garlic powder. Set aside. When grill is hot, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Once sliced, set aside until ready to toss into fettuccine later.
Cook fettuccine in a large pot of boiling water for 8-9 minutes, or until al dente.
While noodles are cooking, prepare alfredo sauce by melting butter into cream in a separate small pot. Once butter is melted into cream, add parmesan cheese and 2nd salt and pepper . Stir to incorporate all ingredients into the sauce. Keep on low heat.
Drain noodles and then place drained noodles back into large pot. Add the alfredo sauce & grilled chicken and toss. Top with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with garlic bread on the side and/or a fresh salad.

lgray320 1y agoSimple and very tasty. I added broccoli. Separated it into 2 bowls, one for chicken and the other for salmon.
