1. Microwave fennel in a bit of water for 2 min to partially cook it. Pulverize fennel seeds.
2. Spray chicken with Pam
3. Brush fennel bulb with EVOO
4. Turn heat to med low, grill chicken 3-4 min per side
5. Grill fennel 1-2 min each side
6. Sprinkle chicken with fennel powder and serve.
