Ready in 45 minutes
Boneless chicken breasts marinated in herbs, garlic, oil and vinegar and broiled or grilled to perfection. This recipe is from The WEBB Cooks, articles and recipes by Robyn Webb, courtesy of the American Diabetes Association. Preparation time: 10 minutes.
In a blender, combine everything but the chicken. Blend together. Pour over chicken in a non-porous glass dish. Cover and marinate 2-48 hours.
Preheat grill to medium or set oven to broil.
Remove chicken from dish and grill or broil 6-7 minutes on a side or until center is no longer pink.
Robmaria 3y agoEasy and yummy! Took a little longer on the grill than the recipe said but turned out great.
aphilbeck8 5y agoI used my fresh herbs and a some crushed garlic and added a little olive oil. Then I marinated the chicken for about an hour. The herbs blended together beuatifully. Butterflying the chicken helps marinate the chicken wonderfully. It gave me a way to use a lot of my homegrown herbs as well. Thanks for posting this recipe!
