Ready in 15 minutes
Surprisingly tasty and incredibly simple. The cumin forms a delicious crust.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Brush (or preferably spray) each chicken breast lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle liberally with cumin so both sides of chicken are thoroughly coated. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with Avocado-Tomato salad, recipe #160430.
