Ready in 45 minutes

You'll love the simple marinade for these pork steaks. In fact, you probably have the ingredients on hand.

2 1" thick pork blade steaks
2 small cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey

Original recipe makes 4

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once.

Pretty good, I could really taste the soy! I let it soak in for 24 hours.

This worked really well. Had it with sweet potato chips and roast carrot.

Simple way to prepare an inexpensive cut of meat. A hit with our family.

Lovely gentle, subtle flavours that would obviously become more flavoursome the longer the marinade time. Griddled on George Foreman grill - thoroughly enjoyable, thank you.

I liked the taste that the marinade gave the pork steaks. I cooked them on an indoor grill for 10 minutes. 5 min. on each side. I served them with twice baked potatoes and wax beans. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe.
