Ready in 30 minutes

This Grilled Lemon Lime Chicken dish is a delicious and easy summer meal. Marinate the chicken for 3-6 hours for best flavor. At the end, finish with drizzled lemon and lime juice, or reduce the marinade at a brief boil and pour over chicken and noodles. Garnish with parsley and serve.

"This time, after placing the chicken breasts on an oiled grill, I put the remaining marinade in a small saucepan and brought it to a boil (to kill off any chicken germs) for 10-15 seconds, then reduced it to low, stirring in a tablespoon or two of butter to make a sauce. Plated it with the angel hair first, then sauce, then sliced chicken breast and a little bit of olive oil on the top. Delicious."

2 each Chicken breasts
4 tablespoon olive oil
juice of 2 limes
juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves Garlic; crushed
2 tablespoon Parmesan; for garnish
4 servings Angel Hair
1 tablespoon Butter
3 teaspoon Fresh parsley; for garnish
1 teaspoon Garlic salt

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, and the skins of the lemon and limes in a ziploc bag. Marinate overnight, or a minimum of four hours.

Prepare hot grill, and bring large pot of water to boil.

Grill chicken 5-6 minutes on each side.

Optional: Take the marinade and put in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, then let simmer to reduce by half. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and salt/pepper to taste. Add a few tablespoons of wine (optional). Use this citrus sauce to pour over dish at the end.

When chicken is four minutes from complete, place angel hair in water, boil for 2-3 minutes until just done, and drain. Drizzle with olive oil, butter, and add garlic salt. Remove chicken from grill, and slice along bias; 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange on bed of angel hair, top with shaved parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.

Easy, delicious summer grilling meal. Always a reliable hit. It will be tempting to shorten the marinating time, but don't. It makes all the difference.

This tastes great. Modified a bit by using 1 garlic glove crushed since my family is not big on garlic. Very delicious!!

Light and zesty

This is by far one of my favorite recipes of all time. I'm not a very good cook, but this comes out perfect EVERY TIME!! It's also one of my picky teenage daughter's favorites!

I did this recipe as a last minute thing. I didnt even marinate the chicken, i kept brushing the sauce on the chicken while i was cooking and it was probably some of the best chicken ive eaten.

Made it for my parents on mother's day. They loved it, it had all the right flavors

This was yummy even using store-bought juice and only marinating for the hours. My kids liked it even!

Very good! But why such a high calorie for such a seemingly heathy meal?
