"Tried recipe last night for Sunday dinner. I slightly modified the recipe to fit my pantry; I had olive oil with lemmon essence; no worshestershire; "herbs" were dill and oregano. The marinade was wonderful overnight; the flavor after grilling the steaks were very very pleasing. "


Ingredients

1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
2 Mahi mahi steaks
3 tb olive oil
1 ts Soy sauce
salt and pepper; to taste
4 tb Herbs; freshly chopped
Basil; with lemon herbs
2 Garlic; minced
3 tb Lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the mahi mahi steaks. Marinate for at least two hours. Grill the steaks, brushing frequently with marinade. To grill the mahi mahi, preheat the grill over low flame, and grill until the fish browns. Tirn and grill until the fish flakes and is opaque. Time will vary depending on thickness. Spoon a good cup of cooked wild or white rice onto each plate. Put one of the steaks on top of this on each plate. Sprinkle with chopped herbs of choice. Very nice flavor. Not a time consuming recipe. Just used whatever herbs I had around and it turned out fine.
