Suggest a better descriptionDrain and halve tofu lengthwise. Set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients. Place tofu in a 1"-deep platter and drizzle marinade over tofu in marinade until well covered. Fire up the grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned. You can also fry it in a non-stick pan or griddle. Heat a teaspoon of oil and place tofu in pan. Cook on medium-high heat about 4 minutes each or until browned. Contributor: Frances M.
