Portabello mushroom caps with feta and spice
- Clean Mushroom caps and place facing up on tinfoil pan
- place 1/4 cup of feta in each cap
- drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each one
- sprinkle 1 teaspoon of herb&garlic spice over each one
- sprinkle with S & P
Place tinfoil pan on top rack of BBQ, or place under broiler on low-med and watch carefully.
