rilled Portobello Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Mozzarella
1. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill (or bake at 180 degrees) until tender.
2. Mix olive oil, garlic, tomato, cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon tomato mixture on top of mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil to finish.
