Slice dice or cube potatoes, boil in microwave until just barley fork tender. Preheat grill to medium. 375F. rub foil with olive oil (or spray with cooking spray) . Pour olive oil over potatoes and season with garlic and salt and pepper. (you can use whatever dried herbs you like). grill 25 minutes.
