In a small bowl, mix the dragon fruit, pinapple, lime juice, cilantro and red pepper. Refrigerate.
Rub tuna steaks with red pepper flakes and grill about 2-3 minutes on each side. When the tuna steak is firm to the touch it is ready. This will give you a lovely color and a beautiful tender medium rare steak.
Top with Salsa.
Great served with coconut rice.
Three words...Sushi grade tuna. Its the only kind I buy and I always ask the person at the fish counter if it is sushi grade. Any other kind makes me nervous that it is not safe to be served medium rare, rare or even raw.
