Easy and delicious. Adapted from a recipe card from Central Market in Houston.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Place mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve hot.
Note that most recipes have a 3:1 or 4:1 water to grits ratio to cook them.
