"This was a really good and easy to make dish. (Cook your meat first!) I used ground turkey and cooked in some onions, peppers and garlic (which I pureed in the food processor). I also added in fresh parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and sea salt. I used a can of cream of broccoli and mixed in with a can of diced tomatos. I used multigrain pasta. Topped with shredded mozzarella before baking. So yummy!"

Substituted Rotel for the tomatoes and added some fresh green onion and fresh minced garlic. Family loved it! Next time did the same, and substituted Campbell's Fiesta Cheese Soup for the Cream of Mushroom and added frozen sweet corn, and had to make it again the next night!!!

Great recipe!! Used fresh mushrooms, red peppers, cut up a fresh tomato, and added minced garlic, ground pepper and seasoning salt. Also used small can of tomato paste. I cooked all this together with ground turkey. Then added cream of mushroom to cooked macaroni. All together... Awesome!!

I made this for dinner and it was very tasty and quick. I did use a can of Rotel and only had 1 pound of ground beef.

I substituted Rotel for the tomatoes and this turned out fabulous :-)

Really too plain for me, but still a great base for an easy meal. Added lots of chopped home grown garlic, pepperoni, fresh basil and parsley, and some seasoned salt. Used mozz. and Cheddar cheeses. Garlic is the key to this recipe. I also used my canned tomatoes from my garden!

Very good. I did not have any canned tomatoes, so I chopped up a small tomato and added 2 1/4 cups of tomato juice. Turned out really good.
