"This was a really good and easy to make dish. (Cook your meat first!) I used ground turkey and cooked in some onions, peppers and garlic (which I pureed in the food processor). I also added in fresh parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and sea salt. I used a can of cream of broccoli and mixed in with a can of diced tomatos. I used multigrain pasta. Topped with shredded mozzarella before baking. So yummy!"

I substituted Rotel for the tomatoes and this turned out fabulous :-)

Really too plain for me, but still a great base for an easy meal. Added lots of chopped home grown garlic, pepperoni, fresh basil and parsley, and some seasoned salt. Used mozz. and Cheddar cheeses. Garlic is the key to this recipe. I also used my canned tomatoes from my garden!

Very good. I did not have any canned tomatoes, so I chopped up a small tomato and added 2 1/4 cups of tomato juice. Turned out really good.

Remember to Brown the beef like another review said. I added onions and green pepper to the beef when browning. I also used stewed tomatoes in a garlic and basil dumped into the beef mixture before adding it to the pasta. Cream of chicken soup and a little parmesan before I topped with whatever cheese I had. Great recipe and versatile.

I posted a photo for viewers. Added garlic, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, along with cream if chix soup instead of mushroom. Turned out great! Definitely a keeper!

Kids liked it, I also used Rotel tomatoes. Make sure you brown the meat 1st. The directions said to cook pasta but did not say to brown meat, it did not come out good that way.
