An American spin on a Sweedish recipe.
Prepare frozen egg noodles according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet; add ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is browned. Stir in flour; add soup, mushrooms, salt & pepper. Simmer 10 min. Stir in sour cream. Heat to serving temperature, serve over noodles.
One option is to substitute ground beef for stew meat. Another option is to serve over rice.
