Brown the ground beef; drain well. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Place cooked meat in taco shells; top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and shredded cheese.
I like to use this recipe for burritos also. Made the same way, except wrapped in flour tortillas.
