2 Avocado
1 Onion; minced
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tomato; chopped
juice of 1 lime

Original recipe makes 1



Peel and mash avocados. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, 1/2 of the lime juice, salt and pepper. Taste the dip. Add the rest of the lime juice and more salt and pepper if you would like. Chill and serve. Makes 2 cups

Add cilantro and more lime along with salt and chopped tomato for Mexican guacamole. I got this recipe from a five star chef who works at cafe des artistes in Puerto Vallarta Mexico :-)

we had to change the name to onion dip for our party, while some loved it, they suggested not calling it guacamole. Thus the reason for onion dip. I would suggest using a 1/4 of the onion.
