It takes a bit of time to seed this fruit. Once this is done, the rest is easy. Just put it all in a blender until smooth. You can add grated nutmeg if you like. Also, you can use the stevia growing in the garden for a sweetner instead of sugar. Some people use evaported milk when making this smoothie - readily available in the grocery store.
