1 tb Butter
1 ds Cayenne
1 tb All purpose flour
1 ds Pepper
3 c milk
1/2 c tomatoes; Canned, drain & chop
1/2 lb Elbows; cooked and drained
2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt

For those of you who asked here is a repost of Horn and Hardarts Macaroni and Cheese Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter - whisk in flour, then add milk, salt, and pepper and cayenne. Stir till thick and smooth, 8 to 10 min. Add cheese and cook until it melts. Remove from heat. In mixing bowl combine macaroni and sauce. Stir in tomatoes and sugar. Put in baking dish.
