Suggest a better descriptionPaso 1: Se cortar y picar por separado los ajos, cebolla y tomates.
Paso 2: La panceta se corta a tiras y se sofríe en aceite de oliva. Una vez fritos se echan a la cazuela donde vayan a hacerse las habas.
Paso 3 : En ese aceite se sofríen los ajos y cebolla, a fuego lento. Cuando estén doraditos se le añade el tomate, que a su vez se sofríe conjuntamente unos 10 minutos más.
Paso 4: Se pasa todo a la cazuela, junto con la panceta y las habas. Se tapan y se rehogan durante 5 minutos.
Paso 5: Se le añade el anís, todas las hierbas, el caldo , la sal y pimienta, el azúcar y se deja cocer todo junto, a fuego lento, durante 10 minutos.
Paso 6: Se le pone la butflarra negra entera encima y se tapa, dejandolo 20 minutos más.
Paso 7: Pasado ese tiempo, se saca la butifarra y se reserva. El resto sigue cociendose suavemente hasta que estén tiernas.
Paso 8: Cuando ya estén listas, se retiran las hierbas, se corta la butifarra, se coloca sobre las habas y se sirve enla misma cazuela.
