Baked Halibut smothered in cheese and dill, served over asparagus.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place asparagus in baking dish or into individual baking dishes. Gently lay halibut fillets on the asparagus. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, shredded cheeses, dill and mustard. Spread cheese mixture over halibut and asparagus. Sprinkle the diced tomato evenly over the topping and sprinkle on a little more dill for color.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until fish is flaky and cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
