sautee pan on medium heat, add olive oil, shallots and garlic. Stir constantly until shallots are translucent and golden
Add chard, mix well, and make sure garlic and shallots don't burn
speed up cooking by adding a couple tablespoons vegetable stock or water and cover to steam for 1 minute
Add tamari and yeast and mix thoroughly while still on the heat.
