Very easy and tasty comfort food


4 package Ramen noodles; chicken flavor
2 tablespoon Butter
12 ea Eggs
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 cups Ham; diced
8 ea Green onion; diced, including green tops
3 cup Cheddar Cheese; grated
10 drops Hot pepper sauce; (more or less to taste)
1 small red bell pepper; fine dice

Original recipe makes 8



Saute Ham, bell pepper and onions in butter until tender. Remove from Heat. Whisk eggs, 3 packages ramen seasoning, garlic powder, hot sauce and 2 cups grated cheese until blended. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine noodles, ham and onions to egg mixture. Turn into a casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 400 for 15 min. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 min. to set.

Pretty good, i did leave out the pepper flakes n hotsauce(my little guys arent into spicy) also only made half the recipe but the servings were huge, id say there were 8 servings in just the half batch

4/19/10: We enjoyed this, and Joan said, "A lot!" However, too much ham and not enough asparagus. I added the mushrooms and that was very good. The cheese was also about right. I should note, however, that I only made half a recipe, so it may yet need additional adjustment.
