Saute Ham, bell pepper and onions in butter until tender. Remove from Heat. Whisk eggs, 3 packages ramen seasoning, garlic powder, hot sauce and 2 cups grated cheese until blended. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine noodles, ham and onions to egg mixture. Turn into a casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 400 for 15 min. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 min. to set.
