This recipe is great if you have leftover ham to use up.
PREP TIME: 25 min BAKE TIME: 30 min
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Cook the noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cheese, ham, soup, milk, onion, 1 teaspoon butter, poppy seeds andd seasonings. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture.
Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered in preheated 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
