"I like this to use up leftover ham. I use healthy request cream of chicken soup becuase my kids would not eat it if they saw a mushroom. I also omit the butter and onion, again the kids would object to onion and sometimes its just tot worth the fight. My husband likes a little breadcrumb or crushed cracker on the top. I serve it with a nice big salad. "

Ingredients

2 c macaroni; Cooked
1/2 c milk
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
2 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Ham; cubed
2 tb Onions; chopped
1 c Cheddar Cheese; grated

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Good dish! I added chives, garlic pepper and more mushrooms. Next time i will use less butter and more soup.

Great starter recipe. I added parsley, spinach, onion, bacon bits, and few more mushrooms that I had sautéed for another dinner and had left over. This gave it a combination of extra flavor. Thank you for the recipe.
