Easy quiche - try it with different meat and cheese combinations.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until fluffy. Mix together cream cheese and egg yolks, then stir in the cheese, ham or sausage, and jalapenos. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 for 35 min.

ReverendKen 1y agoI love quiche, I made sausage quiche, I have also made with varied meats, try variety it tastes great with different meats than your used to.
jck1225 1y agoWell, I did leave out the cream cheese, and added a little milk... But I don't think that should have mattered too much! It did not rise like the picture and tasted a little dense for me. I'll go back to my favorite quiche recipe which is made from a milk & egg base. Guess I can say 'I tried'! Won't be making this again.

islandrosie1971 1y agoI made this with crumbled sausage and the whole family liked it. I'm sure it would be good with bacon or ham as well, which I'll try next time. I've made quiche with cream before, but I like this recipe better - the cream cheese and the whipped egg whites make it light and fluffy, and this recipe has less calories than my other recipe. I added a little salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder to pump up the flavor.
