A yummy breakfast that my husband begs to have even for dinner!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add oil, potatoes, and ham to a skillet and sauté for 7 to 9 minutes. Then make a few wells for the eggs. Crack the eggs into each well. Then put the skillet into the oven. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or longer if you want the egg completely baked. Sprinkle salt and pepper and some seasoning onto each egg. Serve with a side of fresh fruit.
