Ham Quiche

2 c Half and half
1 c Cooked ham; cubed
1/4 c Pimiento; chopped
1 10-inch prepared pastry
2 c Cheddar; or Colby cheese
1/4 ts Salt
5 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
1/2 ts Nutmeg; oregano, or fennel

Original recipe makes 8



Beat eggs; add half and half. Add remainder ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degress F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #796 by Kristin Cain on Sep 21, 1997
