Simple mix and dump casserole that works well for freezing for later
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onions until meat is done and onions are tender, drain. Cook pasta separately in water as directed. In a large mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients, but the cheese. Add the ground beef and onions and mix together. Stir in pasta being careful not over stir breaking up the pasta.
Apply non-stick cooking spray to a 2 1/2 gt. casserole dish and pour in ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly along the sides. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese and remove from oven when cheese has melted.
