This recipe came from Auds. She owned an Australian Roadhouse and used the recipe for making her hamburgers. Apparently they were renowned by customers and I can see why - they're great.

Auds says these quantities are approximate. She tends to throw in a bit of this and that and not pay attention to how much she uses - eg. you could possibly use 3 tablespoons each of tomato and barbeque sauce (http://www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipe/hamburger-patties-L5240.html).
