Remove onions from water, shaking off any excess. In small container, combine seasoning ingredients and mix well. Mix some seasoning salt mixture with some flour. Place rings into the flour and coat evenly. In small bowl, combine 3 egg whites with 1/2 cup milk and mix thoroughly. Place flouring rings into egg wash and coat well. Remove from egg wash and place into bread crumbs to coat evenly. Shake off excess.
Heat vegetable oil to 350?. Place onion rings in a fry basket and fry in hot oil for 3 minutes or until golden and fully cooked. Remove from oil & drain well. Serve immediately.

If I did not cook, I could not make this dish. The way It reads you pull Onions out of water and coat them in flour, egg, and crumbs then fry them. As a whole Onion.
