Suggest a better descriptionSlice radishes thinly, sprinkle on salt and allow to stand until softened. Kneed in bowl, then squeeze juice out by pressing between both hands. Pour over 1 T. vingegar, mix well and squeeze again. Cut ham into 2/5 in. squares. Mix 1-1/2 T. vinegar, 2/3 t. salt, 2 t.sugar, and monosodium glutamate.
