Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450F.
In large mixing bowl, mix Bisquick and 1/2 cup sour cream.
Add 2 slices of cheese.
Add lemon lime soda.
Melt 1/4 cup butter. Pour 3/4 of it into bottom of baking/casserole dish. Reserve the rese of the butter for the top of the biscuits.
On a floured baking sheet, press out your biscuit mixture in the same shape as you baking/casserole dish.
Pick it up and place it in the dish.
Cover with the reserved butter.
Bake for 12-14 mins or until top starts to turn golden brown.
While biscuits are cooking, combine eggs, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt and pepper. MIx with a hand mixer (to give eggs a lighter texture). Cook eggs over medium-low heat until done.
Cook and crumble bacon.
Cut biscuits into 8 servings, top with scramble eggs, top with cheese and plae under broiler.
Once cheese is melted, remove from oven andd top with crumbled bacon.
