Hawaiian street food truck.
1. In the bowl add flour,paprika,cayenne and mix.
2. Add the shrimp in the flour mix coated both side.
3. Heat a pan add butter,garlic cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the shrimp cook 3 minutes each side.
5. Add wine and 2 tbsp. Butter saute until it caramel brown color.
Remove and serving immediately with steamed rice and broccoli.
