Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir in pecans. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour wet mixxture into dry mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8x4" loaf pans. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 3500. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pans. In Hawaii theyd use macadamia nuts, but pecans or walnuts work just as well.
