Hawaiian Quick Corn Chowder

1 cn (10.75 oz) cream of potato
1/2 Onion; minced
1 1/4 c Water
1 cn (15.25 oz) cream-style corn
4 sl Bacon; chopped
1 cn (5 oz) evaporated milk

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



In a saucepan, fry bacon. Add onion; saute for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
