"I just made these cookies and they are so tasty!!!!! I used some crunchy peanut butter as well to give a crunch. I did half & half. I also used a 350 oven for 7 minutes and they came out perfect. I rolled mine smaller and got 36. "
Heat oven to 375ºF. In large bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter with electric mixer on low speed until well mixed. Beat in honey and egg until well blended. Beat in remaining ingredients until dough is formed.
Shape the dough into small balls (about 1 1/4 inch). Place them about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten using crisscross patter with fork dipped in additional granulated sugar.
Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute and remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack and cool for another 15 minutes.

CookTiffCook 1 year agoUmm best cookies I've ever made! I added semi-sweet chocolate chips and protein powder. I also put a little less sugar than what the recipe calls for. I've made these cookies 3 times all different ways. Love it!

Merman8 2 years agoMeh. Really sugary grainy not enough pb flavor. Easy to scorch bottoms no matter how high the rack was. Ok.
