Healthy delicious one bowl dinner. This one is a comfort food in our house. My kids nicknamed it "food" ha ha!
Saute onion and 1 pound ground lean chuck and drain, add season salt and mix. Then stir in 1 large package of fresh spinach. (or 1 box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted) and 3 cups of cooked white rice mix all together season with more season salt and fresh pepper to taste. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with Feta or Cheddar
Sprinkle feta cheese on top, and snuggle up and have a movie night! Easy clean up and fast to make.
